Das GO-Fitness Rudergerät GO1 ist klappbar. Es bietet einen Computer mit einem 2,4 GHz Pulsempfänger. Es ist ein Fitnesstrainer nach dem Sport Rudern. Der Rudertrainer hat eine CE-Zertifizierung.

Merkmale

Das GO-Fitness GO1 ist zusammenklappbar. Damit ist es sehr platzsparend. Leichtgängige Transportrollen machen es mobil. Stabile Füße und das rechteckige Profil des Rahmenrohrs geben ihm die robuste Stabilität eines hochwertigen Rudergerätes. Das Trainingsseil ist ein verdrilltes Band. Es ist auf eine Rolle mit magnetischem Bremssystem gewickelt, welches hinter den Fußschalen angebracht ist. Das Bremssystem ermöglicht, den Zugwiderstand in acht Stufen einzustellen. Drahtrolle und Bremssystem sind mit einer 8-kg-Schwungmasse gekoppelt. Der Computer ist mit einer einfachen 1-Tasten-Bedienung ausgestattet. Er hat einen integrierten Pulsempfänger. Die großen Pedale sind abrutschfest. Ein gepolsterter Sattel erlaubt ermüdungsarmes Rudertraining. Der Sattel wird auf Kugellagern geführte Rollen auf dem Rahmenrohr verschoben.

Verarbeitung

Das Rahmenrohr ist solide mit dem hinteren Standfuß und dem Balken, auf dem der veränderbare Teil des Rudersystems montiert ist, verschweißt. Die meisten Metallteile sind weiß lackiert. Der Sattel ist langlebiges Material mit bequemen Polster. Das Gelenk für das Zusammenklappen ist langlebig und pflegearm und mit einfach Nähmaschinenöl vom Quietschen zu befreien. Die Schwungmasse ist werkseitig bestens balanciert. Das magnetische Bremssystem gilt als langlebig und sehr trainingsfreundlich. Das Rudergerät ist Qualität made in China. Es ist für Personen bis 110 kg geeignet.

Eigenschaften

Das GO1 verfügt über ein wartungsloses, sehr gleichmäßig laufendes, magnetisches Bremssystem. Mit ihm lässt sich der Zugwiderstand in acht Stufen einstellen. Die 8-kg-Schwungmasse entfaltet damit, die beabsichtigte Simulation des Eintauchens und Durchziehens der Ruderblätter. Das GO1 hat abrutschfeste Pedale mit Schnallen für festen Halt. Es bietet einen gepolsterten Sitz, welcher auf kugellagergeführten Rollen hin- und herrollt. Ein geräuscharmer, ruckelfreier und angenehmer Bewegungsablauf steht Training für Training bereit. Der Abstand ab der Fußschale bis hin zum Griff bei komplett herausgezogenem Zugdraht beträgt etwa 147 cm. Das GO1 ist zusammenklappbar, angenehm platzsparend und vermittels integrierter Transportrollen mobil beiseitezustellen.

Funktionen

Der Computer zeigt die Werte Anzahl Total, Kalorien, Anzahl pro Minute, Puls, Anzahl, Scan und Zeit an. Ein Pulsempfänger für die drahtlose Pulsmessung ist im Computer eingebaut. Die Scan Funktion ermittelt die aktuellen Ruderschläge, alle seit der aktuellen Inbetriebnahme getätigten Ruderschläge, sowie Zeit und Kalorienverbrauch abwechselnd. Mit dem Rudergerät GO-Fitness GO1 kann gegen unterschiedliche Bremsleistungen Zuhaus gerudert werden.

Einsatzzwecke / – gebiete

Das Rudergerät GO-Fitness GO1 ermöglicht ein effektives Training des kompletten Herz-Kreislaufsystems. Dabei beansprucht es zugleich etwa 86 % der Körpermuskulatur. Das GO-Fitness GO1 fördert bestens den Aufbau der Muskelgruppen Arme, Schultern, Brust, Bauch, Rücken und Bein. Auf der achten Stufe des Bremssystems ist einige Anstrengung notwendig, um Geschwindigkeit vorzulegen.

Gibt es sinnvolles Zubehör?

Pflegemittel für den gepolsterten Sitz, Nähmaschinenöl für die Kugellager und das Klappgelenk sind zu empfehlen. Es lohnt sich, Trainingskonzepte zu beschaffen und die Trainingsleistungen zu dokumentieren. Es ist ein geeignetes Pulsmesssystem mit passendem Sender zu empfehlen.
